SCOPE OF EQUIPMENT

The scope of supply is the complete trigeneration. From the gas inlet to the electrical output of the main transformer and thermal outputs for heat and cold recovery.

The main components in each installation are the natura gas gensets. One has a Jenbacher engine 620, year 2021 with 2,981 hours.

To facilitate the understanding of the installation, we have available a Data Room  to shared with you, with pictures, oficial service maintenance reports, engine boroscope and full 3D scan so that you can take a virtual tour of the installation. With this information you will be able to check how these equipments fit in your installation or see how they would look like in your factory, since you could take the complete installation and reinstall it in your facilities.

SUPPLY CONDITIONS

Our intention is to sell directly from the site where the trigeneration is located. By having the complete installation available, the customer will be able to decide whether to take all the available equipment to make a copy and paste or to take the equipment and accessories he considers necessary.

With these considerations, we are not clear about the extent of dismantling and therefore the equipment is sold where it is, without dismantling. We have contacts and approximate quotes from local companies that are able to perform such service of dismantling and even reinstallation at the customer’s destination and logistics.

POWER PLANT HISTORY

This plant are located in chemistry factory in Europe. The last owner sold them to me because, as a result of the Russia-Ukraine war that started last year and the rise in natural gas prices, the trigen facility is no longer feasible. The company has installed solar energy panels in its factories in Turkey within the scope of sustainability projects in its energy investments.

We have personally checked the condition of the plant and have performed several tests to check the condition of both generators. The previous owner and the official service has certified that the generators were shut down without any problems and have the hours indicated. The operation and maintenance of the equipment has been performed by the official Jenbacher service according to the official schedule, as they had a maintenance contract directly with Jenbacher. Now the engines are hibernated and ready to be disassembled since the last maintenance performed by the official service has been the hibernation according to Jenbacher’s protocol. For all this, we can be sure that the condition of the equipment is very good.
